DLE Poland initiated Landbanking Fund Achieves Key Milestone with Sale of Prime Residential Plot in Poznań’s Jeżyce District

DLE Poland has announced the successful sale of a prime residential plot located in the Jeżyce district of Poznań. The plot, covering approximately 8,100 square meters, offers a net floor area (NFA) of around 11,500 m² designated for residential development.DLE Poland, founded in 2021, is an extension of DLE Group AG’s German land development business.

The first Polish Landbanking fund has strategically secured three prime plots across Poland—two in Warsaw and one in Poznań. The fund aims to provide essential land for residential projects in Poland’s rapidly growing cities.
