Chief Executive Officer

Lars Meisinger

Lars Meisinger is the CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board. He is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the company, with a particular focus on sales, communication, and human resources. Lars has over 25 years of experience in the investment management industry and boasts a proven track record in leadership and expertise. Before joining Periskop, he led international client advisory and corporate development at Aquila Capital, oversaw strategic product development at UBS Asset Management, and held senior positions at prominent investment management firms in London and Frankfurt. Lars holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Maastricht University, a Bachelor’s degree from Goethe University Frankfurt, and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Chief Financial Officer

Christian Seurig

Christian Seurig is the CFO and a member of the Executive Board of Periskop Partners. He is responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, and managing all financial activities of the company and its subsidiaries. Previously, he served as COO/CFO at a fast-growing tech scale-up, where he led the company’s monetization process across various business divisions and successfully facilitated an exit to a publicly listed strategic buyer. Prior to that, he established the finance organization of a delivery and tech company in a venture capital-funded environment, which also resulted in an exit to a strategic buyer. Christian brings extensive experience from various leadership roles in the energy and finance sectors, having worked for Shell, McKinsey & Company, and Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA from the London Business School and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Managing Director Client Advisory International

Esther Heilmann

Esther Heilmann is Managing Director of Client Advisory International at Periskop Partners. She has many years of experience in advising institutional investors in the real estate and financial sectors. Prior to joining Periskop, Esther was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets for the DACH region at SIGNA, an international real estate holding company. She has also held senior positions at CBRE, Bank of Scotland and JLL. Her expertise in investor relations and new client acquisition makes her a key contact for international investors. Esther holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.

Managing Director Client Advisory DACH

Michael Klauke-Werner

Michael Klauke-Werner is Managing Director of Client Advisory DACH at Periskop Partners. With over €8.5 billion in acquisition experience in institutional sales and fundraising, he is responsible for managing existing investors and acquiring new clients in the DACH region. Previously, he was Senior Managing Director at Primonial Reim in the residential real estate sector and held leadership positions at TH Real Estate and Nuveen. Michael studied Banking and Finance and holds a Master of Real Estate from the European Business School.

General Counsel

Dr. Sebastian Klabunde

Dr. Sebastian Klabunde has been the General Counsel of Periskop Partners since 2020. In this role, he leads the company's legal department and is responsible for all legal advice and support within the organization. Prior to this, he worked for over 10 years as a lawyer at an international law firm, specializing in capital markets law and advising publicly listed companies. Sebastian completed his law studies at Humboldt University in Berlin and earned his doctorate at Freie Universität Berlin.

Director Structuring Solutions

Michaela Zimmermann

Michaela Zimmermann is the Managing Director of Periskop Invest and Director of Structuring Solutions at Periskop Partners. In this role, she develops investment solutions for institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, she is responsible for investor reporting and the ongoing management of Periskop products. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, she has extensive expertise across various industries and business areas. Prior to joining Periskop, she worked in audit and consulting at an international Big Four firm. Michaela Zimmermann holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is a certified project manager.

Richard Beyer

Richard Beyer is Director of Asset Management at Periskop Partners, responsible for the strategic management of real estate portfolios to maximize value and profitability. With over eight years of experience in asset management in the German real estate market, he previously worked as an asset manager for a Luxembourg-based private equity investor and a leading German asset manager. Richard has completed more than 20 successful transactions, with a total volume of approximately €500 million, including five sale-and-leaseback transactions.

Director Transactions (Debt Funds)

Eva Maria Fernandez Albiach

Eva-Maria Fernandez Albiach is Director Transaction (Debt Fund) at Periskop Partners and has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She was called to the Bar in 2004 and sworn in as a Notary Public in 2014. As head of the legal department of a leading property developer, she played a key role in supporting, coordinating, and contributing to M&A transactions, particularly forward sales to institutional investors, asset deals, and share deals. Notably, she was involved in the forward sale of 17 development projects with a total gross development value (GDV) of €2.3 billion. Furthermore, she was jointly responsible for bank loans and financings, including senior/mezzanine arrangements, corporate bonds, and bearer bonds, along with the related security agreements, with volumes of up to €130 million in individual cases and over €1.3 billion annually.

Kaya Michaela Müssig

Kaya Michaela Müssig is Director of Marketing & PR at Periskop Partners and has over 10 years of experience in corporate communications, journalism, and as a press spokesperson. Previously, she held senior communication roles, including at Ziegert Group, and served as editorial director at Axel Springer SE. Kaya studied economics at Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Bern and holds a Master of Science in Consumer Health Care from Charité Berlin. With her extensive expertise, she and her team ensure Periskop’s successful brand and media presence.

Kristina Lohfink

Kristina Lohfink is Director of Compliance at Periskop Partners, playing a key role in the development and management of the internal compliance function. With nearly 10 years of experience in fraud prevention, detection, forensic investigations of compliance violations, and combating economic crime, she brings extensive expertise in regulatory requirements for effective risk management and internal control systems (ICS) at both the national (GWG, KWG, MaRisk, MaComp, KAGB) and international levels (DOJ, SEC, COSO). Kristina gained valuable experience working with several international consulting firms as well as a FinTech financial institution. She holds multiple international certifications, including Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS).

Anja Popp

Anja Popp is Chief People Officer at Periskop Partners and has 20 years of experience across all areas of the employee lifecycle. She has successfully worked in international companies and startups across various sectors. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing strategic HR solutions that transform business needs into practical people strategies. Previously, Anja served as Chief People Officer at Tibber and Uberall, where she led HR transformation and the scaling of HR organizations. She has a deep understanding of global talent management, leadership development, and cultural transformation, leveraging her experience to drive the growth and corporate culture at Periskop Partners. Anja Popp holds a degree in Social Education from the Technical University of Dresden.

Dr. Simon Kempf

Dr. Simon Kempf is a co-founder of Periskop Partners and the Managing Partner of Periskop Development. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has managed transactions worth over €6 billion. As Managing Director, he leads the land development team and is responsible for portfolio transactions and asset management. Previously, he worked as a Director at Savills Corporate Finance and holds a dual degree in Real Estate Finance and Economics from the European Business School (EBS) and the University of Hong Kong (HKU).

Director Project Development

Jan-Steffen Iser

Jan-Steffen Iser is an authorized signatory at Periskop Development and leads project management as Director Project Development. He brings extensive experience in real estate development, land use planning, and project management. Before joining Periskop Development, he worked as a consultant in real estate financing and development, overseeing a large project portfolio. As Director of Project Management, he has helped build the project development team at Periskop and driven numerous projects forward in recent years. Jan-Steffen studied business administration and real estate economics.

Head of Development

Agnes Petra Müller

Petra Müller is Director Development at Periskop Development and is responsible for land development and communication with political institutions. She studied architecture at the Aachen University of Applied Sciences and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona and founded the firm "müller architekten" in 2000. Between 2005 and 2009, she was a member of the German Bundestag and, as the spokesperson for urban development, made significant contributions. Most recently, she led the construction department DACH at RSG Group and, from 2019, was responsible for project development at DIE before joining Periskop in 2021.

Head of Portfolio Management

Kamill Georg Wipyewski

Kamill Georg Wipyewski is Head of Portfolio Management at Periskop Development. With over 15 years of experience in real estate valuation, portfolio optimization, and project development, he brings extensive expertise in acquisitions, sales, and property value enhancement. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Head of Valuation & Advisory Germany at Colliers. Prior to that, he was Head of International Valuation at VR Wert (DZ Hyp). Kamill is MRICS certified, a Certified Alternative & Real Estate Investment Manager, and holds degrees from the University of California Berkeley and the London School of Economics.

Sebastian Mogos-Lindemann

Sebastian Mogos-Lindemann is Director Investments at Periskop Development and brings over 20 years of experience in international real estate. Previously, he held leadership positions in the Transactions department at Patrizia Deutschland and CR Investment Management. With over 65 successfully completed transactions worth a total of €1.25 billion, he has extensive expertise in analyzing and executing real estate projects. He studied architecture at UDK Berlin and Real Estate Investment Banking at the European Business School, Oestrich Winkel, and is certified as a Real Estate M&A Advisor.

Senior Investment Manager

Marlene Auerbacher

Marlene Auerbacher is Senior Investment Manager at Periskop Development and brings extensive expertise in real estate investments. Prior to this, she served as Head of Transactions at CR Investment Management, where she led the sale of a specialized real estate portfolio over the course of two and a half years. She began her career at KPMG Germany and REWE Group, where she gained in-depth knowledge in consulting and acquiring retail properties. Marlene holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Management from the IREBS Immobilienakademie and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management from the Duale Hochschule Sachsen.

Jaro Nonnast

Jaro Nonnast is an Investment Manager at Periskop Development and brings over three years of experience in the real estate sector. He is responsible for managing acquisition and disposition activities and preparing comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making. Before joining Periskop, Jaro worked at DKB and PATRIZIA, where he gained valuable expertise in real estate management and investment. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in transactions totaling approximately €300 million. Jaro holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Management from HAWK Holzminden.

Alexander Fröse

Alexander Fröse is Managing Partner and the founder of Periskop Living. He brings extensive experience in real estate investment and management, along with over 10 years of expertise in the senior living sector. In this field alone, he has overseen transactions totaling more than €500 million. With his strong financial background and years of experience in the real estate industry, Alexander has played a pivotal role in establishing Periskop Living as a leading company in the healthcare sector. Previously, he served as the Global Head of a prominent private equity firm.

Niko Kolobaric

Niko Kolobaric has been an Investment Manager at Periskop Living since 2020. He is responsible for the company’s healthcare initiatives in Germany, including identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in the senior living and assisted living sectors. Before joining Periskop, Niko worked closely with Alexander Fröse at a leading private equity firm.

Dr. Kilian Mahler

Dr. Kilian Mahler, Managing Partner of Periskop Logistics GmbH, leads the logistics division and oversees the portfolio. He has over 15 years of experience in investment and fund management, having managed transactions in the German and international real estate markets totaling more than €3 billion. Previously, Kilian served as Head of Fund Management Logistics and Caverns at PATRIZIA, where he was responsible for various real estate and infrastructure funds with a total volume of approximately €5 billion. He holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from EBS and earned his doctorate from the University of Regensburg.

Marco Vajas

Marco Vajas is Investment Manager at Periskop Logistics, bringing over four years of experience in the German and European property markets. His expertise spans various asset classes, with a focus on acquisitions, fund and asset management, and the disposal of diverse transactions. Marco has been involved in transactions totalling €800 million and is currently involved in the investment and management of Periskop Logistics investment platforms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Senior Legal Counsel

Irina Schulz

Irina Schulz is Senior Legal Counsel at Periskop Logistics, a position she has held for three years. With her legal experience, Irina Schulz specialises, among other things, in supporting and negotiating share and asset transactions on both the buyer and seller side, in particular in due diligence processes and the execution of purchase agreements. In her current role, Irina also assists in contract negotiations related to the Logistics fund's existing portfolio across the entire property value chain - from service agreements to financing. Before joining Periskop, she was also a qualified banker and worked as a credit officer in the back office at a commercial property financier.

Monika Murawska

Monika Murawska is Managing Partner of Periskop Poland, overseeing the strategic direction and overall management of the company, which was established in 2021. With 20 years of experience in the finance and real estate sectors, including retail, logistics, office, hospitality, residential development, and land banking, she brings extensive expertise and a proven track record of success. Previously, she served as Group CFO at a private equity firm, where she managed financial and transaction activities across Poland, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands. At CTP Invest, she held the role of CFO and played a key role in transactions for Blackstone Real Estate in Poland. Over the course of her career, Monika has completed more than 25 transactions worth over €600 million and secured bank loans exceeding €500 million.

Paweł Jastrzębski

Paweł Jastrzębski is Head of Investment at Periskop Poland, responsible for driving the company’s investment strategies and overseeing its real estate portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate market, Paweł has held senior leadership positions, including serving as Leader of the Blackstone Real Estate Fund during and after its transaction process in Poland, as well as Country Manager and CFO at CTP Invest. He also served as Group CFO at a private equity fund specializing in mixed-use developments.Throughout his career, Paweł has completed over 25 acquisition transactions worth a combined €800 million and secured more than €350 million in external financing through bank loans and mezzanine funding. His expertise extends to predevelopment and development processes, mergers, joint venture transactions, structuring, and due diligence.

Dominik Brambring

Dominik Brambring is Managing Partner of Periskop Opportunities. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he brings extensive expertise in real estate investments and asset management. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Head of Germany at PGIM Real Estate, overseeing acquisitions worth more than €2 billion. His career also includes leadership positions at Blackstone, Europa Capital Partners, and Jones Lang LaSalle. Brambring works closely with the specialized investment teams at Periskop Partners to identify and realize promising investment opportunities in sectors such as senior living, logistics, and others. He holds a Master’s degree in Property Valuation, Finance, and Law from Cass Business School and studied law at the universities of Passau, Kiel, Munich, and Lausanne.

Florian Goldgruber is Managing Director of Periskop Opportunities, focusing primarily on the operational implementation of long-term investment projects and portfolio development. With over 15 years of experience in real estate and capital markets, he brings extensive expertise in transactions, financial structuring, and investor relations. Before joining Periskop, he served as CFO at ambelin, where he played a key role in the financial structuring and growth of the company. He has also held leadership positions at ADO Properties, Arbireo Capital, Vonovia, and Terra Firma Capital Partners. Florian holds a degree in Business Administration and is a trained banker.

Tim Schymik

Tim Schymik is CEO of Periskop Capital , where he leads the Debt Funds division and is responsible for managing the portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in real estate financing, Tim previously served in the management of HFS Helvetic Financial Services, one of the largest mezzanine providers in the German-speaking region, where he managed a mezzanine portfolio worth over €7 billion in gross development value (GDV). Other professional milestones in his career include positions at SIGNA and Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf. Tim is a trained banker and holds degrees in Business Administration and Real Estate Economics.

Simone Hakala

Simone Hakala is COO of Periskop Capital, where she co-leads the Debt Funds division alongside Tim Schymik. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, Simone previously managed a portfolio of over €2 billion in assets under management (AuM) at HFS Helvetic Financial Services AG, one of Germany's largest mezzanine financiers. Her career also includes roles at Habas Star, Deutsche Bank, and Commerzbank. Simone holds a degree in Business Administration from Humboldt University (HU) Berlin and possesses extensive expertise in structured finance, NPL workouts, credit risk assessments, and ESG.

Julien Höfer

Julien is a business and finance lawyer who has worked in major international law firms in London, Frankfurt, and Berlin. He is the Managing Director of Apeiron Financial Consulting and has served as Chairman of the Board of NASDAQ-listed Atai Life Sciences (NASDAQ: ATAI) for many years. He is highly engaged as an investor, particularly in real estate in Germany.

Vice Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board

Dr. Gertrud Rosa Traud

Dr. Gertrud Traud is a renowned capital markets strategist and economist with over 25 years of experience. As Chief Economist and Head of Research & Advisory at Helaba, she oversees the bank’s comprehensive research activities. Previously, she led the Institutional Equity Strategy at Bankgesellschaft Berlin AG and served as a bank director. Dr. Traud also gained extensive experience as a Senior Manager and Head of the Economic Department at Julius Bär (Germany) AG. With her in-depth economic analysis and years of experience in the financial industry, she is recognized as one of the leading figures in her field and  is a sought-after keynote speaker.

Marc Weber

Marc Weber has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including investment banking, private equity, and fintech. Before joining Apeiron Investment Group in 2020, he held various roles at Credit Suisse and Triton Partners. He holds degrees from the Technical University of Berlin, the University of Cambridge, and INSEAD.

Supervisory Board Member

Rainer Schorr

Rainer Schorr has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry and has completed development projects valued at €7 billion, encompassing more than 1,000 projects, primarily in Germany. As the founder and former major shareholder of GxP German Properties AG and Accentro Real Estate AG, he played a key role in their successful public listings. Rainer Schorr also led M&A transactions for CWI Real Estate AG and Hamburgische Immobilien Invest AG on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In 2008, he acquired B&V Denkmalbauten, Germany’s largest developer of heritage buildings. In 2016, he founded DLE Group AG. Currently, he serves as the founder and Managing Director of SIAG Schorr Immobilien AG and was previously Managing Director of Aengevelt Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG.
