Florian Goldgruber Appointed Managing Director of the Newly Established Periskop Opportunities GmbH

Periskop Partners (a brand of DLE Group AG) announces that Florian Goldgruber (48) has been appointed as Managing Director of the newly established Periskop Opportunities GmbH, effective immediately. Together with Managing Partner, Dominik Brambring, he will lead the subsidiary and advise the new Opportunities Fund. This strategic reinforcement aims to further expand Periskop’s portfolio and expertise.

In his new role, Florian Goldgruber will work closely with Periskop Partners’ specialized investment teams, including Senior Living, Logistics, Land Development, and Mezzanine Capital. In addition to transaction management, he will leverage his extensive experience to focus on the operational implementation, management, and optimization of long-term investment projects with strong operator concepts.

Prior to joining Periskop, Mr. Goldgruber spent five years as CFO building ambelin GmbH – a startup specializing in asset and property management, overseeing approximately 6,000 residential and commercial units for funds of the Blackstone Group. In this role, he was instrumental in the financial structuring, digitalization, and growth of the company.

Mr. Goldgruber is a finance expert with extensive experience in private equity, real estate, and capital markets. He possesses in-depth knowledge in business development, transactions, and investor relations. Earlier in his career, he held key positions at ADO Properties S.A., where, as CFO, he played a crucial role in expanding the company’s portfolio to a total of €4.4 billion and significantly contributed to optimizing and diversifying the capital structure. He has also held leadership positions at Arbireo Capital AG, Vonovia SE, and Terra Firma Capital Partners. Mr. Goldgruber is a certified banker and holds a degree in business administration.
