Dominik Brambring Has Been Appointed Managing Partner of the Newly Established Periskop Opportunities GmbH

Periskop Partners continues to strengthen its position in the German real estate market: With Dominik Brambring (54) as the new Managing Partner of Periskop Opportunities GmbH, the company takes a significant strategic step to leverage cross-sector opportunities and expand its portfolio of expertise.

In his new role, Dominik Brambring will work closely with the specialized investment teams at Periskop Partners – including Senior Living, Logistics, Land Development, and Mezzanine Capital. The goal is to identify, assess, and implement promising investment opportunities across the entire capital structure.

Before joining Periskop Partners, Brambring spent eleven years as Managing Director and, most recently, Head of Germany at PGIM Real Estate Germany, where he was responsible for acquisitions totaling over two billion euros across asset classes such as office, logistics, and residential properties, while maintaining long-term relationships with investors and operational partners.

With more than two decades of experience in real estate investments and asset management across Europe, Brambring brings extensive industry knowledge and a broad network. His previous roles included serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Germany at the Blackstone Group, where he led asset and portfolio management for Germany and Central Europe. He also started his career at Jones Lang LaSalle, advising institutional investors on acquisitions and portfolio sales in Germany and Switzerland, and worked for several years at Europa Capital Partners, focusing on acquisitions in Germany, Austria, Poland, and Scandinavia.

Brambring holds a Master's degree in Property Valuation, Finance, and Law from Cass Business School in London, in addition to studying law in Passau, Kiel, Munich, and Lausanne.
