Periskop Development enables property developers and housing companies to gain easier access to building land. The funds we advise acquire large mixed-use plots of land that are often too large for individual project developers, subdivide them into viable, smaller plots, and develop them until building rights are obtained. Louisveld
The Louisveld neighbourhood is being built on a former industrial site of around 66,000 square metres in the Klosterfelde district of Wandlitz. Around 350 new apartments are planned to meet the high demand for rental accommodation. The location is particularly attractive to young families who appreciate a natural environment but do not want to miss out on the advantages of a big city. A central market square and a new community centre with several commercial units will revitalise the neighbourhood and allow for short distances.
